Mr. Sutzer has been instructing martial arts since 1973. He conducts national seminars, private sessions, as well as regularly instructing numerous group sessions both public and private.
In 2001, Mr. Sutzer founded Shingitai-Ryu Bujutsu, sanctioned by the USMA, SMAA, IIMAA, AJF.
